Pine County is ranked as one of the poorest counties in Minnesota, we feel a need to provide art services and programs to the residents of this area. Since our Art Center serves, by and large, a rural community not closely connected to either the Twin Ports or the Twin Cities, we are providing programs and performances to which they might not otherwise have access.
